I hope you love your order but if you're not completely happy and you’d like to arrange a return you can do so within 14 days of receipt.

Please email me in the first instance. If your return is accepted, I will send you return address information.

Please note that you are responsible for the safe delivery of the goods back to me and you are responsible for the shipping charges. Using a tracked service is suggested.

I’ll check that the order is in saleable condition on receipt and then issue your refund for you, minus the original shipping cost, to the same method of payment used. 

Your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items
Custom orders or personalised items, digital downloads and sale or seconds items are not eligible for refunds. 

Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item (I'm human, it happens!) so that I can arrange a replacement.
